Just for anyone's information, I've managed to get it working, but I'm not
sure how!
I replaced the parameter d:\java\jdk1.3\jre\bin\classic\jvm.dll to be
d:\java\jdk1.3\jre\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll and now it works fine!
