tomcat-iis trouble

Hi: I would like to run tomcat with iis and following the jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\doc\tomcat-iis-howto.html. then   Try http://localhost/examples/jsp/index.html always got the error HTTP 404 if I try http://localhost:8080/examples/jsp/index.html then it's ok! can u help me ?   thanks   by Nick from Taiwan.
