To add a header you have to use res.addHeader().
From the the Servlet Spec 2.3:
...setHeader ... a previous header is replaced by
the new header. Where a set of header values exist
for the name, the values are cleared and replaced
with the new value...

Yes, meanwhile I know, too - little mistake...but even if I use addHeader()
only the last cookie will be used - seems to be da damned bug :-)
