this is how we would use it:
/usr/local/java/jakarta-tomcat-4.0.2
/usr/local/java/jakarta-tomcat-4.0.3
Here we have the original distribution.
/www/online//
conf/
Here we have our edited config files for the site
bin/
Here we have scripts
Tomcat is still using parts of your previous java installation to
compile.
The rt.jar is the new one but javac is the old.
Check your PATH, the environment and the registry keys.
(Can't be more precise, I don't have java running on windows)
