I'm trying to transition from Tomcat 3.2 to 4.1. I use Forte4Java as my IDE on Redhat Linux.
Forte has tomcat 3.2 imbeded into it and runs an instance listening on port 8082, although I'm not sure that I need it.
What about Sun One Studio?
Do I need the imbeded tomcat or can I / should I just turn it off?
Should I get Sun One Studio or stick with Forte4Java?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
