Are these log files created? If not, it suggests that
jk_nt_service is not finding the wrapper.properties or

Ah! Thank you. I didn't even think of looking for files
y deleting the jvm.stderr and jvm.stdout files and restarting tomcat
to see if your servle output appears in the files.
