: is $tomcat_home/src/native/apache/jserv really mod_jk?
I am using the source code of tomcat 3.2.4 to build mod_jk.
The files are
all called mod_jserv.* Do I need to get mod_jk from some
other place, or is
this in fact mod_jk?

If no, what problem will i encounter if i code it myself?
Can i use mod_jk with jserv if i implement ajpv13 in my jserv?

We are using jserv adapter for communication between apache and tomcat
server. Which is the recommended adapter , jserv or mod_jk? Also is there
significant performance difference between these two adapters?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to Tomcat. I installed it as it is specified in the docs. I'm
working on NT. I put the ApacheModuleJServ.dll in my modules/ directory. I
would like to know if it can improve my installation if I replace JServ by
JK? And if this is the case, which
