What kind of errors are you having? I was able to configure 2.0.47 with Tomcat 4.1.24 and 5.0.6 (load-balanced) on Win2K with no problems. I don't have a WinXP box to try this on, but I'm fairly confident it would work (I have 2.0.47 with 4.1.27 working at home on XP).
