More FHS compliant and misc fixes in spec files.
Important change from previous version, is that
the rpm didn't use no more IBM SDK 1.3.1 as
default SDK. Read the following RPM info :

This rpm use external rpms from the Jpackage Project (http://www.jpackage.org)
Only needed binary rpm will be present in jakarta rpms directory :
