I'm trying to compile Tomcat 4.0.4
from the source but I can't find the
tomcat connector which contains tomcat-utils.jar
for this version. Could somebody provide
me a link where I can download it?

I don't have jasper, where can I get it?

although I tried build.sysclasspath=ignore,
build.sysclasspath=first and build.sysclasspath=last.
What do I have to set classpath like?
I installed everything as described in BUILDING.TXT,
