You can see so in the tomcat logs. If something has failed you app will be
undeployed and this will be logged in your logs.

From my point of view mod_jk2 - at this stage - isn't suitable for
production. Within the context of Apache2 and TC4.1 you can't set more than
one cookie (Win NT).
