Hi, My web site has a lot of JSP pages ~60. Some JSPs are big ~400 lines. I have given load-on-startup for all my JSP pages. I notice that tomcat takes up about 200 secs to preload all my JSPs and during the entire startup time the CPU util does not go above 5-10%. Can anyone throw some light on
