Actually, a lot of the performance enhancements in Tomcat 4.1.x are actually
ports from Tomcat 3.3 :). The jasper2 module in 4.1.x is amazing (and even
better in 5.x :), so a heavy JSP site will probably do better upgrading. My
guess is that a servlet-only site will see little or no improvement.
