Hi.
I have found a solution to my problem.
In web.xml (webapp)/WEB-INF/web.xml I changed:
taglib-urihttp://jakarta.apache.org/taglibs/image-1.0/taglib-uri
to
taglib-uriTEST/taglib-uri
and now it is working...
