Today I had the first west coast 160m QSO this season with W7RH.His signal was
incredible loud on my 220ft long BOG antenna.Another 15 NA stationscoming also
in my log this morning.

Andy, I heard your CQ on QSB peaks about 0224 UTC today. Thunderstorm static
was bad tonight in NC but you were Q5 copy between crashes.
I was able to copy 15 EU, PY and ZL on FT8 overnight. I am excited about the
upcoming season...if I can keep awake past 0230 UTC LOL

DL8LAS was solid copy last night just before he QRT'd to go to work. Seems
that my first EU QSO of the season is not far off.
The VK's were good and strong at sunrise and it was nice to work JE1TSD on
1825.5 kHz (the JAs are no longer squeezed into the 1810-1825 segment).
The band is alive!!

I heard you on ft8 at 0253, -24dB, then later on cw, but the static crashes
were really bad here in central FL.
I left the radio on all night, with wsjt-x running. Between 0400 and 0500 it
copied 11 EU stations, up from 1 the night before. Unfortunately no ZL or 3D
this morning.
