Yes, but not impossible. I ran QRP for ARRL 160 and worked WL7E. It
wasn't easy, but we made it. Rich always heard my QRP signal, usually on
the first call. KL7KY was much tougher.
W1FMR will be QRP from this condo (double handicap) which gets 4X bonus points
(but really should be worth x8, or more :-)

reducing my 807 power supply down to 230 volts, instead of being home in
the noted pacific northwest 160 meter contest super station, i will be
portable in Aberdeen WA while doing Christmas with my daughter's family.
