Still think a static dump with links to help you find this live page would
add value. (I'm now sprinkling documentation location clues in places I
end up looking as breadcrumbs because i find it so hard to remember or
guess what i find where... )

this page is different from others: it is dynamically generated using
SWP and then also includes live examples that need to interact with the
TBC-ME server. So they need to be on localhost and we cannot really
cross-link to these pages from elsewhere. The Eclipse Help search index
