What is no longer supported is the OWL+XML format. OWL in any of the RDF
serializations is supported. If this is in RDF/XML then just rename the file
extension to file.rdf instead of file.owl.

OWL is the non-RDF, XML-based encoding syntax for ontologies. TopBraid has
never supported that.
If your file is xxx.owl but is an RDF/OWL ontology encoded as RDF/XML, then

so my question is: why? We got RDFS and OWL ontologies and want to use .owl
or .rdf to make clear which type of ontology a file contains.
