I have a script in which I (sml:IterateOverSelect) iterate over instances. At the end of the iteration I do a conversion from RDF/XML to HTML using XSLT and save this file to the filesystem. The strange thing is that this saving to the filesystem takes about 2 minutes. Some info from the console:
