 When connecting to a website that offers an onion service through the Alt-
 Svc header, the circuit (and padlock icon) aren't updated when the browser
 reconnects through the onion service.

 I confirmed the bug occurs by connecting to an endpoint, on an Alt-Svc-
 enabled service, that returns “tor” when going over an exit node and
 “onion” when going over the onion service:

   https://www.facebook.com/si/proxy

 (This is a facebook-internal endpoint, and I will replace the suggested
 reproduction endpoint once I setup an Alt-Svc-enabled website and
 reproduce the issue on it.)

 I have pushed an updated version which checks the individual isolation
 flags. However, it requires nested `for` loops and a `goto` statement. It
 is committed already in the same PR
 (https://github.com/torproject/tor/pull/311).

 I have also backed up the previous branch (rejected) branch here:
 https://github.com/neelchauhan/tor/tree/b26368_old. The reason why I
 backed it up was because I squash commits is to neaten up my commit
 history for a patch.

 The build finished correctly, but I didn't try yet to do multiple builds

 I need to use port 587 for SMTP because my provider (uberspace.de) tells
 that port 465 is only for incoming mail from another mailserver (sounds
 like a standard that no provider is following ?)
 and find it quite annoying that TorBirdy resets the ports to 465 every
 time I activate it ... think it should do so only when people use
 unencrypted port 25 ??

 But thanks for the hint about "Transparent torification" instead of
 disabling the plugin in cases I don't want to use Tor

 My PhD student Fitz Nowland actually submitted his code to the Tor project
 years ago, but never received a response.  After a bit of digging (since
 neither he nor I are still at Yale), he managed to find a copy of it, and
 I've made a tarball available here:

 http://dedis.cs.yale.edu/2009/tng/code/utcp_for_tor.tar.gz

 Just in case it's still of interest.  I would still be delighted to see
 uTCP/uTLS or something like it get used, and I do think it could really
 help improve general performance and reduce delays.

 8.0.2after - Copy.png: After clicking DEFAULT for http:.  Where's http:?
 All HTTP origins now have entries in the UI with DEFAULT permission.

 802newtab - Copy.png: "All HTTP origins" as mentioned above is not
 restricted to third party origins (I hope this is the correct use of
 origin?) for geistblobal.com but to all HTTP origins.  The domains colored
 red in the UI indicate that they are HTTP origins.

 custom_ui - Copy.png:  This is to illustrate a personal wish that I think
 could be done with low effort.  I feel like the NoScript UI is targeted to
 more advanced users than TorBrowser, and in TorBrowser the NoScript UI is
 essentially there to implement the slider which is supposed to be a user
 friendly feature.  If the UI for the custom tab as seen in the screenshot
 was always displayed for every domain, it would be much easier for users
 to learn that unchecked checkboxes with red backgrounds should be clicked
 to make the page work.
