Comment:

 Working on this now to alleviate some reported quality issues with
 snowflake connections (#31385). The feature suggested in #25598 sounds
 great, but for now I want to just temporarily increase the polling period
 for the webextension proxies.

 in config.js, while letting proxy-go continue to use a shorter interval.
