 From sue:

 For the Founding Documents:

 1.  I would get rid of the second "Tor Articles of Organization" as it is
 mostly a repeat of the document preceding it.
 2.  I would combine the "Form 1023" and "Form 1023 Exhibit A" into one
 document and just leave the title "Form 1023".
 3.  Under Reports you have the 2016 Audit, but it is not the audit it is
 the by-laws and those should be moved up to the founding documents,
 labeled by-laws

 For the Reports:

 1.  We should upload the FS/Audit for 2017-18 and the short period 990
 once it is approved by the board this Friday.  But I think someone was
 going to write a blog about it before posting it.
 2.  2013 Audit, 2012 Audit, 2011 Audit for the label the word "State" is
 spelled "Steate" that could be fixed.
 3.  We should probably be consistent with the way we label things from now
 on, unless you want to take the time to combine documents and make the
 page look more consistent from year to year.

 The first problem is that all of the financial documents are 404.

 The second problem is that it says "Steate" three times when it should say
 "State"

 The third is that it labels "2016-12-05 Tor Project Bylaws" as an audit
 when it's actually more like a corporate document. It also calls some of
 the Form PCs audits, when instead they are the State version of a
 (federal) form 990. But the 2011 Form 990 doesn't have the "Form 990"
 label, and is instead an audit? Somebody needs to sort these out.
