 weasel, it's not nice or appropriate to close tickets like this without
 some clearer explanation of what has gone wrong.

 In this case, "please make a diff" is one good answer.

 Speaking of which, *is* there a better component than this one, for tor-
 puppet changes? I think no?

 Does that mean we want to make a separate puppet subcomponent? Or should
 we accept tickets on this component?
