Comment:

 `sudo -u mirroradm static-master-update-component` is an internal
 interface that happened to work while staticiforme also was the static-
 master, not just the source.

 Users of the static system are supposed to call just `static-update-
 component stem.torproject.org` and that appears to work.

 Ok, those look like they might be bad hints (because maybe staticiforme is
 still a reasonable place to build your thing before pushing it to static,
 and because maybe your thing should build somewhere and then get pushed,
 statically, to static). I don't know what our current design is, or what
 we've done of it. weasel or anarcat might be your best bets.

 Hint #1: I think maybe the static websites are now served from a new host,
 named static.torproject.org.

 Hint #2: that host doesn't have any packages installed with the substring
 sphinx. It looks like the old host, staticiforme, has python-sphinx,
 python3-sphinx, sphinx-common, etc. Do you need these for having the site
 build? If so, we should get them listed in puppet so they get auto-
 deployed on the static site.
