* We released ooniprobe 1.2.0 and 1.2.2 that include two new tools
oonideckgen and ooniresources making it possible to generate test decks
for a specific country.

In October, I:
* Released Tor 0.2.4.25, 0.2.5.9-rc, 0.2.5.10, and 0.2.6.1-alpha.
Thanks to the updated website build process and to a script I wrote to
automate changelog formatting and maintainance, this was a lot less
tedious than I would expected. See
