Of course it's up to the owner to provide the source or not, but Olaf said
he might just shut the service down. It would be a shame if the service
vanished (or optimistically, someone else recreates it but they have to
start from scratch).

I do not see any need to share the source code if Olaf can easily
continue hosting it based on his own considerations. As far as I am
concerned hosting in Russia should not be an issue in any way.

Thus I will either permanently shut down the Tor Network Status Site
