Hi folks, I'm working on a transparent proxy app for Gnome and I'm trying to
get a Torbrowser instance running that launches without Vidalia. It's currently
using the TOR_SKIP_LAUNCH=1 and TOR_TRANSPROXY=1 flags, which works except that
it then modifies some key settings in prefs.js which then
Google gives you infinite CAPTCHAs if you connect Google with Tor and enable
javascript. Here are some tips to use Google while preserving some degree of
anonymity.
- Disable javascript and visit https://ipv4.google.com
Now Google will only give you a simple CAPTCHA of some letters.

I've configured it on both IPv4 and IPv6, I've remotely tested IPv6 and the
connection is established, but when I query the bridgedb for
I released EOTK (Enterprise Onion Toolkit) a few days ago.
It's "alpha" code, very much still in development.
