Nope, I tried to replace the the path into the UNC path
(\\192.168.2.2\music\album\song) but still didn't work out.

If you are running just a Touch they probably do not need heatsinking,
but if you are going to be running a USB drive off the USB port you
probably will.

No, they won't. They are rated for 20A and they would at this kind of
current, but not for the load the Touch will present.

Do you think the USB stick contains Wav files? Prob just 192
MP3s...scanning them would be quick. Or bring a stick to a shop and
test yourself...
