4200 router). Yes, I have configured the manuel addresses outside the
dhcp pool, so no problems there. In fact, I m running with static ip on

find the answer. Will this work with the Arcam Rdac? If so do I need a
powered usb hub and what kernal should I run? I'm assuming I just follow
the directions on the first page of how to install?

A long time Squeezebox user, from the release of the Squeezebox 2 on, I

firstly ive always had trouble connecting automatically, but i sussed
that if i press 'my music' it tries to connect to a different library.
so i let it, then 'switch library' to mine.
Move your Switch Library menu item to your Home menu, then you can
select exactly which library to connect to right off the bat.

Just purchased a SBT and connected it up to my network to play audio
media from my ReadyNAS Ultra 2.
My ReadyNAS has the LMS add-on installed on it and is connected via an
ethernet cable to my router, as is the SBT.
I can play audio files from my ReadyNAS using either the

There are two speeds that USB DACs can run at: full speed and high
speed.

provide an additional menu level in the case when you probably need a
hub. This menu offers you the option of enabling the workaround or
saying you will add a hub. If you don't see this menu then you don't

Ok here's my (simple) setup:
Squeezebox Touch router via ethernet. PC router via ethernet. That's
it.
Problem is, the (idle) Touch simply refuses to let my PC sleep, and if I
put the PC to sleep manually, the Touch wakes it up in less
