I have several squeezebox players. 1x Classic, 2x Touch and finally 2x
Orange Squeeze (+SqueezePlayer) on Android devices.
I've been doing some changes to my setup recently, including adding my
own server on a ReadyNAS Ultra. It generally works great, and now I want
to be 100%
IIRC The Podcast plugin in Extras is no longer supported as was just
kept for transition around 7.5. The Podcast app in App gallery is the
officially supported way to play podcast. IIRC if you have installed the
App and enabled the plugin - you can have problems. Part of the problem

I tred a linear PSU , custom built by a local hifi electronics guru here
..supposedly an must have upgrade. $90
Made a slight difference in the digital domain and more noticeable
difference in the analog..both WORSE than the stock PSU. I did extensive
testing as I have 2 touches and AB compared
Im trying to set up my New Oppo with my SBT via USB. I have the SBT plug
into the OPPO USB in and the Oppo hooked into my Marantz SR7005 via 5.1
analog connection. I cant get my SBT to work. I have selected USB on the
Oppo input. Thanks!

I assume you've installed Triode's EDO
Hi Gary, Yes its working VIA optical. I have not tried EDO yet. Thanks.

USB only works with edo. And even then only some DACs.

I know that's why I'm trying to get the USB to work w/the touch into the
Oppo. I tried a different USB. still no luck.BTW, do I need to run EDO
in order for the USB connection to work?

Yes, as garymmpointedbout, USB won't work without EDO.

Ok thanks. I just ran EDO with the touch hooked into the oppo via USB.
The touch does not give me a choice to select the oppo after
installation. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I see a choice for digital
output and digital and analog output. Neither one gives me sound. Btw
