In theory, the settings should fall into sync and propagate to all
servers, base
And: likely, the clock sync info from mysb.com is distributed to the
SB's every time (whether from the mysb.com servers in US or EU) on the
full hours. Thus probably best to power-up the Touch a few minutes
before the full hour.
