Squeezeplay works fine - it sees my library and recognizes all the
artists, etc.
I played one song - it just works.

My Music trys to connect to DavidsLibrary (it knows the name) but fails

Now I deleted the ip address, went back to My Music, and it trys to
connect to DavidsLibrary (it seems to know the name) but fails to

ip addresses are still the same.. I had this type of connectivity issue
when i first installed the squeeze box
Remove power from Touch.
Shutdown server machine.
Reboot router, let fully start.
Restart server machine, and ensure LMS is running.
Power up Touch.

I'm running LMS on a Windows 7 computer.
It consistantly says it can't find a player.
My player is a SBT, connected wirelessly (wireless signal 78%).
I've told it my Library Name, and given it the IP address for the
library.
When I choose My Music, it shows Connecting to ip number.
