Check to see what channel your router is using. If it is Channel 6 try
changing it to 1 or 11 and reconnecting. It sounds as though your router
could be set to Auto for channel selection so after a power outage
reboot it selects what it thinks is the best channel and if that is 6 it
is likely
One of the problems I have noticed is the Squeezebox devices do not seem
to like Channel 6, or at least don't on my Unifi Access Points. Just had
this with a previously working Boom. I ran the Unifi AP AI function
which tests the environment and selects the best radio settings.
Previously the
Scrolling on the Touch is somewhat different from the SB3/Classic. Only
way to find out if it does what you want is to give it a try.
These settings on the Touch should help:
Settings > Screen > Screensavers > When Playing > Now Playing
Settings > Screen > Now Playing> Now Playing Views >

You could make a screen to your likes with SuperDateTime and
CustomClockHelper. Should be easy as you only need 1-2 items.
