All Squeezebox device I have bought came with a remote control.
The Duet has a wifi control instead of IR.

Whenever I have had a wifi problem I make sure I am using a channel not
used by my neighbours and set my router to that, so no auto channel
selection.
So I am not sure if its picking an unused channel or setting to NOT use
auto that fixes it for me.

I should mention that I use the standard PSUs on all my Squeeze devices.
When experimenting with other supplies I never found anything
significantly better to make it worthwhile changing.
then there is a short spike of 12% or so,
then it flatlines to 1%.
I assume this is the traffic from PC to router.

Touch mailing
a utility to load the Touch's processor/resources to such
an extent that the sound quality drops. This would help prove the
converse is true.
I was expecting a Touch with these mods to sound quite close to a
Transporter (analog out). Am I expecting to much?
