After some years of use the keypad of the remote control of my TOUCH has acquired a "sticky" coating. Is there a way of dismantling the unit so i could clean it without getting any cleaning fluid on the vital bits inside?

As mentioned earlier in the thread, I use getiplayer to download BBC Radio programmes. Most of what I download is on R4 or R4X and it works fine. I thought I would try one of the channels that I'm having trouble with on my SB devices, and sure enough getiplayer won't download content from

Still no joy with R2 and 6Music here. I'm using the BBC Radio Applet. I usually use mysqueezebox.com, only use LMS to play content from PC. I can't get on-demand content from R1, R1X, R2, or 6Music. All give me the reset by local host error. Under more info they all show 96k WMA. I can get R3, R4

Currently I cannot access BBC Radio 2 or 6Music on-demand content on either my SB radio or my SB Touch. Other BBC on-demand content is working OK. I'm getting the connection reset by local host error. I'm in the UK. I expect it's the BBC messing about again, but has anyone else experienced this?
