I believe to have touch cpu working as little as possible is best.
So if nas can do decode task That's best.
(Others want disable wifi or screen savers for same reason).
What makes you believe different, so letting the touch do the decode,
which is default setting.

Also bought ipeng after the iOS 6 upgrade and direct problems with
Logitech app.
Ipeng works better, reliable, faster.
Menus are better.

Works perfect on the nas!
So flac disabled, WAV decoder is flac.
Perfect!
I have direct wired connection... So extra network load for 100 mbs
network connection for sending PCM (<1,5 mbs) of cable is peanuts.

Bought touch. Updated software. Installed EDO. Choose USB out to classe
cp 800 (pre amp with built in dac). Worked directly. Classe shows Hz
always good.
