You're trying to play 192kHz which is not supported on a Touch so LMS is resampling/transcoding to a compatible format. If you don't have necessary support utilities (e.g sox) to transcode/resample or you may have disable some entries in FileTypes leaving LMS with trancode to MP3 as the only
