Really no hints or ideas? I'd be happy to provide more details if the
question is unclear or stupid.
Are you using LMS? If so: what version? What firmware versions on your
players?

Tried that w/o luck - I think it's related to Napster having changed
their stream format (or Squeezebox using the wrong URLs to access the
right streams). I'm located in Germany. I think I'll resort to using
Deezer - seems to work flawlessly. Thanks for your answer!

I don't use Napster but sometimes deleting the app on MySB.com,
then re-install it with your login info can resolve some issues.
Where are you located? Tried changing your country settings on
MySB.com?
