I received my new Touch from Amazon last night and set it up. (I am
running v7.5.1 and have two SB3 Classic's on the network, as well.)
The entire top-to-bottom screen area from the left edge to about 1 to
the right of the left edge does not respond to my touch.
I have tried going through the
Try
Settings / Advanced / Factory Test / Touchscreen.
This starts a series of tests involving touching part of screen and
dragging to another designated point.
If you cannot complete the test contact Support.
