Where do I find the firmware to put on a usb stick? And how do I force that upgrade. You shouldn't need to. Just install the latest 8.0.1 nightly build. Once you try to connect your Touch to it it should offer the update instead of the message you got before. -- Michael

Hmm I have to find the discussion around a similar issue with the Radio. I'm wondering whether we're actually hitting the same bug with some older Touch firmware where the version comparison would fail. Confirmed. The firmware distributed by mysb.com would have the buggy version

Having a fiddle with it tonight, It reported that a firmware update was available - so I let it do this and it rebooted as you would expect a couple of minutes later when the download had completed. What firmware version are you on (Settings/Advanced/About)? -- Michael

The new firmware wants a newer version of LMS to be running on your server. Log into server, download, and install: http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/index.php I've been using v8.0 for a while now without issue.

Evening all My touch has been playing up the last couple of days, and unable to connect to the server. Having a fiddle with it tonight, It reported that a firmware update was available - so I let it do this and it rebooted as you would expect a couple of minutes later when the download had
