I see about Touch

home I use LMS)
I copied the files garym linked to a USB drive and was able to update.
mysb.com is still running on 7.7. 7.8 is only distributed with LMS 7.8

hmmm. just tried to update from touch Advanced > update software to what
showed as a newer 7.8 firmware for me, but then it

The fact it also will not connect to MySB.com suggests something fishy
is going on.
