Title:
Manage Dash does not notice when the phone
This is an interesting bug because the system state request seen in
powerd has to do with keeping the device from going into a deep sleep,
but it shouldn't affect the input state of the device because it's not a
display wakelock. This might possibly be an issue at a lower layer even
under powerd.

I'm curious why it takes u8 so long to respond to the power key press.
It should be almost instantly receiving the dbus message and drawing a
frame with the greeter shown. DBus isn't /that/ slow.
Do we show greeter as soon as power-off is hit? I hope we don't draw
Greeter on power-on only.

It became a blocker as this was the bug that QA gave us for the crashes
happening during calls on krillin. We have been informed that it happens very
frequently.
