Under 'Carrier' in Settings I have an option for 'Automatically' - which
was ticked and defaulted to Phone Co-op.
I also have two manual settings available, both of them named Phone Co-

I am guessing one is the default picked up from the SIM card and the

there was a camera update and the icon came back from its transparent
death. unfortunately gallery's icon is still empty and fully
transparent...
is there a way i can rebuild/refresh icons? i guess its the cached
bitmap that's broken, original svg might be ok.

Basically it doesn't automatically login with the --autologin option
passed to getty. Moving back to upstart fixed the problem.
