I tested the fix and it does not appear to make the UI any more
consistent compared to the rest of the system-settings app.
For example, look at the UI to add a new APN. Instead of "cancel" and
"ok" at the bottom, it has a back button and a checkmark in the header.

fine. I digged a little and deleted the folder "gstreamer-1.0" in the
".cache" folder in my home and it's now working again in my other

It seems that I know what is happening and why the pairing is denied. I
think that it is because the device when added to the internal data
structures is not yet fully initialized as the properties are gathered
asynchronously. In the same time the pin request is executed that tries
to use the yet

into /etc/ufw and then created symlinks from /lib/ufw/user*.rules to
/lib/ufw. Does this sound plausible?

Now I find that suspend only works if "HandleLidSwitchDocked=suspend" is

To clarify for Frieze, the Nearby Scope picks up its location from
either GPS or IP geolocation using unity-scope-shell even thought under
"Location Settings>>Using GPS only" is selected? At least Nearby
displays "Where am I" ... except for me the location data is incorrect
(corporate VPN issue)
Right, sorry, don't know how that mistake got in there, but with the
correct version it doesn't really work that much better. I see a small
