Running Ubuntu Studio (Xubuntu) 14.04 I had this or a very similar
problem when I changed name and hid the SSID on my wifi.
nm-manager kept looking for the old SSID and would not connect to the
hidden network - I had to connect manually on boot.
When I told nm-manager to forget the old wifi the p
I installed the latest updates, but I still have the same problem as
others wrote before. After suspend the network icon only shows two
arrows and no list of available Wifi networks are shown.
Is there a way to reactivate this bug-report as "doesn't fix" or so?

If 'Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team' have unsubscribed from the bug
shouldn't we make a new bug and ll mark is as 'affecting me'. I think it's the
quickest way. Reopening a bug a bothersome.

Hi, thanks for your bug report. I'm not sure I understand it, though:
First you write that "sudo apt upgrade" shows 0 upgrades, then it's the
only one that shows 1.
Could you fix this please?
I myself have never seen this AFAIK.

I have the situation where a package cannot be upgraded because of missing
dependencies. However
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
and
sudo apt full-upgrade
and
sudo apt upgrade
all show
0 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 0 not to upgrade.
Only
sudo apt upgrade
shows
I had to roll-back to 15.10 and fglrx proprietary drivers to get back my
2 displays.
