change line 67 from #[Policy] into [Policy]
change line 89 from #AutoEnable=false into AutoEnable=true
remove file 50-bluetooth-hci-auto-poweron.rules located in
/lib/udev/rules.d
My mouse
I'm on ubuntu 16.10 and not works for me for both Designer keyboard and
