Public bug reported:
I've a dual monitor setup and I'm running latest version of kubuntu.
After a few days of uptime the desktop becomes so slow that I've to
reboot it.
In the log I find those errors, I don't know if they are related:

Looks like an HTTP request issued to youtube to get the subscribe id for a
video times out.
I’m not familiar with that code, just had a quick look at it. This is the
authenticated code path. When not logged in to youtube, a different code path
is used. Can you try logging out from the scope,
Public bug reported:
The docs says that the import statement for Menu/MenuGroup is "import
Ubuntu.Components 1.3", the correct import is "import
Ubuntu.Components.Labs 1.0"
https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04.6/Ubuntu.Components.Menu/
This can be resolved by cherrypicking:
console-setup (1.142ubuntu5) yakkety; urgency=medium
* debian/console-setup-linux.setvtrgb.service: add condition to only
execute when /dev/tty0 exists. This is the same condition as used by
getty@.service unit to prevent attempting setting up VT
Public bug reported:
$ systemctl list-units --failed
setvtrgb.service loaded failed failed Set console scheme
[Impact]
* Default installations boot degraded by default; therefore prevent noticing
when systems are fully booted / if there is something else that is failing.
[Test Case]
*
I can occasionally reproduce the issue with an autopkgtest setup using a
qemu vm. Local spread tests using the qemu backend work fine, though.

I've reproduced this on a fresh standard xenial instance with LXD

Public bug reported:
My Ubuntu 16.04 desktop frequently loses the IPv4 address on its wired
ethernet connection to my office's network. This happened this morning
and previously happened 8 days ago.
The network uses a Windows Small Business Server as its main Active
Domain Domain Controller
It will come to (yakkety and) xenial eventually. But it's not urgent
enough to warrant a prioritised upload on its own IMO. There's some
other stuff I want to figure out first - like merging new translations,
and some other bug fixes from the 1.4 series.
