I'm using the latest version of 17.10 and whenever I play videos on full
screen, the OS get freezed.
Hence I had to restart my machine, every single time in order to get back

Could you provide more details about what you are talking about?
If its the linux auotpkg test failures - those have a high failure rate
and are false positives.
