FYI this will not effect DHCP as the hostname change is only used for
mDNS and is not used as the system hostname and thus would affect DHCP

reproduce your error on xenial, or maybe I don't understand the specific

Nothing in Ubuntu depends on the Python2 libraries python-apport and
python-problem-report. I think we should drop these libraries from
Ubuntu 18.04.
Note there is one reverse recommends (indicator-china-weather) but I
suspect that is a mistake. I filed LP: #1763732 for
