/usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/modesetting_drv.so
provided by package:
xserver-xorg-core
which you probably do have.
So please describe what kind of problem you are trying to solve.

jibel, that's the intended behaviour. We default to always switching to
the most recent audio device plugged in. To disable that you will need
to comment out:

During a remote system upgrade (18.04 to 19.04) something went south and after
reboot the machine is stuck at some place in its boot sequence. SSH works, but
trying to log-in with a sudo-capable user results in: "System is booting up.
Unprivileged users are not permitted

I just got an opportunity to install a fresh ubuntu 19.04, so I thought
I would give a try to the patch... But on this fresh install, I do not
have the problem... (without even enabling proposed packaged).
